The room at Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai was so cozy and comfortable. The Four Comfort Bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the spacious desk was perfect for catching up on work. Plus, the complimentary Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected.

I personally found the 55-inch interactive LCD TV a bit too big for the room.

Always a delight! The staff kindly assisted with printing important documents. With free Wi-Fi, room service, pool, fitness studio, and more. Plus, the 24-hour reception, express check-in/out, and air conditioning make every visit fuss-free. I keep coming back for a city break.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleased with the excellent amenities and friendly staff. The breakfast had a wide range of options and I particularly enjoyed the restaurant and bar. There were a few aspects that I didn't like about my stay. I was also given smoking rooms instead of non-smoking rooms, not what I had requested.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff treated me in a very warm manner, from the front desk to the chambermaid. The service was superb and they made sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. The location was perfect, in the center of everything. It was in an area of office blocks, so it was quiet and peaceful. The hotel also provided a free shuttle service, which was very convenient for getting around. I had a great experience here.

We absolutely loved our three-night stay at the Four Points Sheraton Downtown. The prime location made it easy and affordable to explore Dubai using taxis or the nearby metro. The Four Points By Sheraton Downtown Dubai offers spacious rooms with large windows and a nice interior. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and the entire hotel is super clean. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the on-site award-winning restaurant, Purani Delhi, which serves delicious signature North Indian dishes and has a great selection of wines. The location of the hotel is very convenient, with many restaurants and clubs nearby. It is also within walking distance from the metro. The staff at the hotel is extremely efficient and always willing to help. The room service was prompt and we enjoyed our 4-night stay.
